J's Story
After Campbell, I went to Columbia Bible College in Columbia South Carolina. I received a B.S. degree in Biblical Education in 1977. I then went to Shorter College and received another B.S. degree in Elementary Education. Upon completion I married a wonderful person and we moved to Maryland where I taught school while he went to the University of Maryland. After he finished his degree work, we moved back to Georgia where I continued to teach. I went back to school, again, and received a Masters in Early Childhood Edu...Expand for more
cation. I continued to teach in a local public school until 2012. Upon my retirement, I found another teaching position in a local Christian School. I am currently still teaching. I also play in our church band. It is thrilling to be able to play and use my talents for God in order to bring others to the throne of God every Sunday. I am also involved in our ladies ministry at our church. I have two daughters, no grandchildren. However, I have a beautiful Grand-dog named Rocky. He is a handsome Australian Shepherd!
