Jack's Story
Life
I worked for CE Air-Preheater, in Marion, North Carolina from October 1972, until July of 1986, as a welder, shear operator and punch press operator. After that plant closed, I went to work at Rexnord Corporation, in Morganton, North Carolina in July of 1986 and worked there until January of 2002, as a punch press operator and welder. lstein of America in April 2002, as a rotary welder operator. I am married for the second time, and am very happy. I have a 30 year old daughter, and a 28 year old son, from my first marriage. I also have a 10 year old granddaughter by my daughter and a new granddaughter by my son, that was born Feb. 26, 2007. I have 3 step-daughters, 26, 27 and 28 from my second marriage. I have 3 step-granddaughters and 3 step-grandsons.
