I live in Jericho, New York. I've been married for 28 years. My wife works for Weil Gotschal as a Paralegal Manager, where she is responsible for supervision of 60 plus paralegals. My son Scott lives in LA and works for Mattel in their e-commerce support division. My schools include Franklin Delano Roosevelt High School. I attended Brooklyn College and then Brooklyn Law School. centrates in providing advice and counsel to school districts in all aspects of special education. On behalf of my clients i attend Committee on Special Education meetings, participate in due process hearings, handle appeals to the New York State Office of State Review, and to state and federal courts. I provide staff development about special education matters, including IDEA, section 504 and something I call the development of bullet proof IEPs, throughout the state for clients, for the New York State School Boards' Association and for companies like NBI and PESI.
