Jackie's Story
I've been going by "Jacqueline" since I left high school in the 10th grade (age 15) to work full time and start paying my own bills (it sounded more mature, since I was fibbing about my age to work!)... got my GED on my 16th birthday, and started my first year of college immediately.
Ended up with a Science degree from Cal Poly Po...Expand for more
mona, and an MBA from LMU... not bad for a high school drop out who the counselors literally told "... girls like you (poor?) don't go to college..."
I missed out though, would MUCH rather have gone to high school with ya'll!!!
The 10year reunion was awesome... maybe we will meet again someday. :-)
