Jacqueline's Story
After teaching English at Marysville High School for three years, I married and moved to Canada. During the first several years, I taught English as a Second Language to adult immigrants. Following that, I worked for about 28 years in middle and senior management positions for the Province of British Columbia.....mostly in areas related to employment development. advantage of that opportunity. Since retirement, I have been volunteer-teaching English as a Second Language to adults. My life has come almost full circle, it seems.
For fun, I've taken a few hot-air balloon rides, have flown in the Goodyear blimp (over Sacramento), and have flown in a cloth-sided, open air bi-plane. I also helped my father and uncle write their respective memoirs about aviation.
I've been a very lucky person, and continue to enjoy good health, a close family, and wonderful friends.
