Jake's Story
Life
Oh, where to begin. I made my way down to Los Angeles via Berkeley and finished up school at UCLA. I scrapped all plans of becoming an attorney or some big, bruising businessman and instead went the struggling artist route. Who would've thunk it? I started as an actor and was lucky to land quite a few big parts around LA (Hamlet being my favorite) and then added directing to the mix. I started my own theater company straight out of school and have enjoyed a successful run. What happens next, who knows?

of all places. I was flying home to be with family over the Thanksgiving Holiday and as I stepped off the plane who should be standing right there but my high school sweetheart, Stacy Cook. I grabbed her immediately and haven't let go since. We're now happily married and have two beautiful children (I am a little biased), Sydra and Aidan, and I can honestly say that being a dad is the best thing I could have ever done with my life. Did life turn out the way I thought it would back in High School? Not even remotely close and I thank God every day for that.
