James's Story
Life
I moved to Springfield, Missouri in 2002 after spending over twenty years in Iowa. After living in SW Missouri for two months, and realizing there wasn't much employment opportunities, I decided to return to school--Cox College of Nursing and Health Sciences. I spent four years there, but due to outside interferences--i.e. death of a parent, and of a marriage, my heart was no longer into the field of nursing (I have only 30 credits left to receive my Baccalaurette of Science in Nursing). I decided to withdrawal from school and see the United States--so I took a position with Prime, Inc. we lived in Lawson. So I, too, have decided to live that life (for awhile I suppose). Unlike my dad, I will be traveling all 48 continental states.
I spend my free time visiting with my mother, Gnetta, who lives in Springfield as well. If any remember, I have two older sisters (Cindy and Belinda). Cindy currently resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan--seems she is head of Human Resources for Dawn Foods, Inc. Unfortunately, she doesn't visit Springfield that often. My other sister, Belinda, who currently resides in Memphis, Tennessee visits quite often--and hopefully will be moving to Springfield soon!
