Life
Well, well, well ... how am I supposed to condense the last 20 years into 4000 characters??? Seems a bit confining ... or something:)
Let's see how I do ... Shortly after leaving George, myself and a one Cliff Markle made a quick run at higher education at Metro State downtown. If you knew either one of us at the time, it was not the brightest move we ever made and didn't last long! During this time I also started working at concerts as security guard. (Red Rocks, Mile High McNichohl's etc.) Due to the fact that college wasn't working out and the concert thing was, I directed my energy there. I moved to Miami to be the Event Manager for the Miami Dolphin, University of Miami Hurricanes and the Miami Heat, along with numerous concerts. d up in Park City Utah and working at the Delta Center in Salt Lake. Having been in the sports and entertainment business for almost 8 years and away from Colorado I lost my mind and decided I wanted to be a teacher. I returned to Colorado attended Metro State (again) for my undergrad and received my Graduate Degree from CU. It only took 4 years of the public education system for me to realize that public education as it is now is doomed and that I should bail quickly. I had continued to work concert and sports while in school and when I was teaching and it is this I returned to. I am currently the Security Director for the Dave Matthews Band and am an Event Manager at Red Rocks and Invesco Field when I am not on the road with DMB.
