College
I attended Mulnomah School of the Bible (Mulnomah Bible College and Biblical Semminary) from 1977 to 1981 earning a Bachelors of Theology and a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies. I earned a second Masters at Western Oregon College from 1991 to 1992. It was a Masters of Science in Education. School was good for me. I would have gone on to earn a Ph. Workplace
My wife, Dorothea, and I joined Wycliffe Bible Translators in 1984. We were trained and schooled as Bible Translators and worked a literacy project among the Borana peoples from 1986 to 1990. I hurt my back in Kenya. So, we returned to the States and worked in Texas for a while, then back in Oregon. I eventually had to quit working, but Dorothea still works at the local Wycliffe Office in Portland. We love Wycliffe and what it does. Africa was a hoot!
