James's Story
I went into the Air Force after high school and was an Crew Chief/ Aircraft Mechanic on F-4 Fighters. After all was said and done I served in the Air Force, Air Force Reserve and Michigan Air National Guard and earned 4 Honorable discharges. During some of this time I earned an associates degree in Marketing and Applied Management. During my Guard and Reserve years I started working for Porter-Cable Power Tools and Delta Machinery as a service technician. ing this time I went back to college and got my Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Being a glutton for punishment I jumped into my Masters program upon completing BBA. After 12 years with Marsh and only 3 months from completing my Masters degree I was laid off due to a severe downturn in business. Four months later I moved to West Virgina to work for Woodcraft as Power Tool Product Manager. I manage several vendors that generate over 47 Million Dollars in revenue a year. We have 90 stores through out the U.S. So life is good, cause that's how we roll!
