James's Story
Life
Since 1982: I went to Northern Michigan University and graduated in 1987. Worked for a private engineering firm for three years. Left there and went to work for 9 years at the Lapeer County Road Commission in engineering. Decided after 12 years to use my degree in business and went to work in the automotive field where I am currently employed. I am married and have two children(a boy and a girl). Still live in Michigan about an hour North of Royal Oak in Lapeer. I spend most of my free time as a volunteer firefighter for the City of Lapeer. ars and also an Emergency Med Tech for 25 years. I also teach firefighting for the State of Michigan and have been doing this for 20 years. Still like to play hockey, bowl and play softball. I also have a passion for older cars--I have had a 1973 Ford Mustang Convertable for 19 years. It is in mint condition and has taken several awards over the years. I also have a 1971 Ford Thunderbird with a 429 engine in it. This too is in mint condition and still has the origional polyglass bias tires on it. I am currently looking for a 1982 Chevy Corvette--anyone know where I can find one?
