james's Story

James is from Parkersburg, West Virginia. Came to Texas in 1950. Schools include Lantrip elementary, Jackson Jr. high & Aldine Sr. High. He got married in 1964. was married for 38 years (1st wife died) & re- married to Lynda Walker in 2004. Joined US Air Force in 1961 for three years. He worked at Hi-Lo auto supply before & after air force for about 20 years & then went to work for A- guaranteed motors for 29 years., retired 2008 & then back to work for four years at atlas Tire & truck Center in 2011 until 2015. Retired once more in 2015 (for good this time) Opened up my own shop (My Fix-it Place) as another hobby...Expand for more
besides fishing, camping & treasure hunting. James's interests include finding treasures while camping & fishing. Books he likes include benjamin creme (spiritual) & any fishing magazine. Movies he likes include Most all Action. TV shows he likes include usually any on PBS. One of James's favorite quotes is:"No.1--- Try not to let and old person move into my body No.2--- I just want to know God's thoughts, the rest are just detales". More about James:"MR. FIX IT says!! If you have something broke or dose not work properly, don't throw it away unless it's completely junk. Old fashion remedy will possibly fix it.
