Janet's Story
I met my husband in 74' when I went with a friend to the World Expo in Spokane. Four day's later he asked me to marry him. We knew each other about a month and a half, although we only actually saw each other about two weeks total. The rest was talking on the phone and we have now been married now for 35 years! We have three children and four grandchildren. I became a Christian in 81' and had a youth ministry for the next twenty years! We have had an exciting life. Our three kids were a pleasure to raise. With the Lord's help not one of them put us through what I put my parents through! For anyone who knew me in high school, you know what I mean:D We owned and operated a roller skating rink for 29 years, then retired.

up as an adopted only child for most my life. When I was 32 I received a phone call and found out I had two sisters and we were reunited. What a trip!
My biggest surprise honestly, is that I am still alive and above that happy and well adjusted. I would think that anyone who really knew me in high school would have to agree? I have two people to thank for that. One, Jesus Christ! His love has blown me away, ruined me for anything and anyone else for the last 28 years. He is not a church or a do's and don't's list. Anyone who has really met Him know's what I am talking about. Secondly, my husband who is a testament himself of what real love looks like. This man know's how to love:D Well that's my little story for the most part.
