Janice's Story
Life
My husband John and I have been married for 50 years (as of July 1 2022). Yep, we married in July after graduating in May. We have two children and eight grandchildren. We live in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama. My husband is retired, from the Army. I am retired now and worked at a Contract Administrator with SCI for 20 years and with Huntsville Rehabilitation Foundation for 12 year.

our honeymoon. That was a shocker! This changed all the plans we had made. Yep, we were going to Snead together in the fall. Instead, my husband went off to Basic training and I followed him to Germany about five months later. Stayed in the Army 6 years (we served in Germany, Kentucky and Michigan) and when we got out, we returned home. I went to work at SCI and stayed there for 20 years. My husband went to work for the Army and the rest is history..as they say.
