Janice's Story
I graduated from MANU in 1984 with a BA in Elementary Education. I have been teaching all of these years. Took a few years off when my children were small and even did daycare in my home at that time. I watched Ellen Howard's(King)daughter when she was a baby. Ellen and I have remained friends and keep in touch often. I married Carl Cook June 9, 84. We have 2 children. Ly'rae 22 and Joshua 17. ng and Electronic Media. She married Jon Hatter in June 2009. They live in Springfield, while Jon finishes his degree at Evangel. Joshua is ending his Junior year at GEHS. He is a fine Trumpet player and is Drum Major of the band. Carl works for the City of Gardner. I teach at Sunflower Elemtary in Gardner. I am the Reading Specialist for grades K-4 in our building and the literacy coach for the staff in our building. We attend LIFE church in Olathe. God is GREAT!!!!!!
