Jan's Story
Hello everyone,
Thanks for visiting my profile page. Although I graduated from Merritt Island High, I attended Cortland County, New York schools most of my early years. Up until 11th grade actually.
After I graduated I met and married the father of my boys. I have two. My son Daniel is 33 and my son Michael is 28. Michael has blessed me with a grand daughter Emily who is six years old now. She is the light of my life most of the time.
Unfortunately, my marriage did not survive due to life's major hurdles. I remarried a couple years later to a man who was serving in the US Navy. We moved around quite a bit but I always seem to return to the sunny state of Florida. Th...Expand for more
e stress of deployments was the downfall of this marriage.
Now after sixteen years of being single, I took the plunge again. They say the third time is the charm. My husband Kevin, is retired Army and he is my prince. I think I have finally figured out what marriage is supposed to be like.
Although, I am currently not employed, I am in college working on an AA degree in business. Never too late to go back to school. Of course I am the oldest person in all my classes. What I could teach these youngsters, if only they would listen. lol. So there you have it. My life story in just a few paragraphs.
