Jasmine's Story
Life
I graduated from Dunedin High School in Florida back in 1986 ... I have very fond memories of high school ... for me, it was a new experience coming from the Caribbean and adjusting to the "American lifestyle". Naturally I got teased about my "accent" quite a bit but that did not bother me ... the truth be told, we all have "accents" but when we come accross others who seem to speak very different from what we are used to, we are quick to say...Expand for more
"he or she has an accent". However, I met some very nice people while at Dunedin, some of whom I grew to call my friends. I left Florida within 2 weeks after graduation and did not have a chance to say good bye to many of my fellow classmates. I have always wondered what became of my classmates from Dunedin High ... although I no longer live in Florida, I would welcome the opportunity to reconnect with any of you that may see my profile on line.
