Music Jason likes includes Usher, Ne-Yo, Billy Joel. Movies Jason likes include Hoosiers, Hitch, Goal 2. TV shows Jason likes include Pardon the Interruption, Around the Horn, Seinfeld. One of Jason's favorite quotes is:"The difference between people who make history and don't is belief in oneself. Those without belief settle mediocrity while others achieve greatness. Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men, who find it easier to live in a world they have been given, than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact it's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing. Show me a man who never failed and I'll show you a man who never tried anything hard enough. On a good team there are no superstars. There are great players who show they are great players by being able to play with others as a team. They have the ability to be superstars, but if they fit into a good team, they make sacrifices; they do things necessary to help the team win. What the numbers are in salaries or statistics don't matter; how they play together does. Every team requires unity. A team has to move as one unit, one force, with each person understanding and assisting the roles of his teammates. If the team doesn't do this, whatever the reason, it goes down in defeat. You win or lose as a team, as a family. The point of the game is not how well the individual does but whether the team wins. That is the beautiful heart of the game, the blending of personalities, the mutual sacrifices for group success. Never underestimate the heart of a champion. Nobody's more important than the team. All of us get knocked down, but it's resiliency that really matters. A...Expand for more
ll of us do well when things are going well, but the thing that distinguishes athletes is the ability to do well in times of great stress, urgency and pressure. I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle - victorious. Individual commitment to a group effort - that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work. The greatest accomplishment is not in never falling, but in rising again after you fall. We would accomplish many more things if we did not think of them as impossible Leaders aren't born they are made. And they are made just like anything else, through hard work. And that's the price we'll have to pay to achieve that goal, or any goal. Adversity causes some men to break; others to break records. Failure Is Not An Option. God has given me this day to use as I will. I can waste it or use it for good, but what I do today is important because I am exchanging a day of my life for it. When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever, leaving in its place something that I have traded for it. I want it to be gain and not loss; good and not evil; success and not failure; in order that I shall not regret the price I have paid for it. It's about wearing your dreams on your sleeve, having faith and knowing that you have what it takes to succeed. "Everybody fails. What makes me angry is when people don't care - or when people act like they don't care. You have one opportunity to do something and you never know if you're going to get that opportunity again." Dear Lord the battles we go through life, we ask for a chance thats fair, a chance to equal our stride, chance to do or dare. We should win may it be by the code, faith and honor held high. We should lose, stand by the road, cheers as the winners go by.".
