Jason's Story

Life Hi, I have a cat, 4 kids and wouldn't you know it a wife. My life carried right on from high school. I am married to the woman who stuck it out with me, had a kid, sixteen years this year its been. What a ride. My oldest this month had a trauma to her spine and is in the hospital with her legs paralized, but she is in good spirits. School Well hmmm about school, I dropped out my senior year of high school to get jobs to pay for my first born. That I did without hesitation or any bad feelings. I joined the Navy and have recieved training that most people couldnt get in thier wildest dreams. Workplace My workplace right now is the military so you can pick up that info there. ...Expand for more
Thanks. Military I joined the Navy shortly after dropping out of high school. I went and got my G.E.D. and signed up and shipped out the next week. That was January of 1991. After bootcamp in San Diego, I served on the USS Carl Vinson in Bremerton Washington and was on her in dry dock and made a West PAC in 1994, I left in May of 1996 and went to a "C" school in Great Lakes IL then to Sub Base Bangor Washington from 1996 to 2001. From there I went tothe USS Normandy in Virgina up until 2004 when I pulled up lines and headed to Great Lakes to teach people how to be in the Navy. 15 years its been. I have not regretted one day and hope I can stay until they just decide to put me away.
