Jave's Story
Life
Graduated from Marshall in '89 and got my AA from San Pedro High (SAC) while playing in bands around town (remember Sneakers?..RIP). I was lucky to suck less than some of the other KSYM kids and land a gig at the mighty 99.5 KISS, where I worked till '98. During this time, I got married and had one child...got divorced and re-married again. I found it was terrible to try and date women who had no children (see responsibilities) and afte...Expand for more
r 8 months of single life, found a wonderful woman with two children of her own.
In the summer of '98, I had an opprotunity to throw caution to the wind and move to the great mid-west to program a Rock Radio Station KFMW and find out what "four seasons" really meant (ah...Korn and Pork...the ones' you love!). I stayed there for a year and a half before getting a cherry opprotunity to program KDOT here in Reno, where I've been ever since.
