1. Born ChefJay Holzworth in South Dakota in 1963.
2. Grew up in Lakewood, CO for 12 years.
3. Lived in Idaho Falls, Id for 9 years.
4. Lived in Harrisburg, PA for 2 years.
5. Currently live in "Happy Valley" (SLC), UT for the past 18 years.

ied often....have 3 wonderful children!! Married to a registered nurse.
7. Attended Chef School in 1988, graduated in 1991.
8. Have worked all venues of food service since then, currently the executive chef for an elite retirement community in SLC,UT.
