Jean's Story
Jean is from Terrebonne, Oregon. Jean's schools include St. Helens High School. Jean later attended Eastern Oregon University. Jean works(ed) at Vern Gilbert Insurance, Abel & Swank Insurance, Royal Insurance Co .Rod Norwood Ins. I actually graduated from Ontario, Or High School in 1946, but had attend St Helens High for school year 44-45 I married Loren Chamberlain in 1947 and we lived in St. Helens. We had 8 children, and divorced in 1967

tayed in St. Helens until moving to Reedsport. In the meantime we had been buying my Mom's house in Yachats. I started working at Abel & Swank Ins in Coos Bay n 1985, and we both retired on Art's 60th birthday, Sept 25, 1989 and spent 17 years in Yachats, moving to Jefferson, Oregon in 2006, so Art could raise real tomatoes. Art passed away on Feb 14, 2013 and I moved to Terrebonne in June, 2013, where 3 of my daughters live, and we have been joined by one of my sons, so half of my kids live here. I have a good sized garden and yard. and I love to weed. spend a lot of time knitting. Still love barbershop music. Just went to my 51st year in a row to the Forest Grove Balladtown show
