Jeff's Story
Joined the Army NG at 17 (end of jr. yr.)
Worked at Weyco Kfalls for 18 years,
worked at Boise in Medford for 10 yrs.
worked for Biomass1 in White City for
4 years, and now in Anderson Ca,
working for a company doing what
I've been doing since I was 18 years
old, but getting
paid a lot more than in Oregon.

Married in 76 & divorced in 77.
Married again in 84, divorced in
94. Two children, Jon in 85 &
Anna in 87.
Remarried again in 97 & still happily
married to Diana Voetsch. The third
time around, a guy finally gets
properly trained!
Seldom said a word in high school, but
if you give me a beer, then I will
entertain you for hours.

I just recently picked up the running
bug, and find that at the ripe age
of 53, that I can run better than ever,
and am training for the Pear B...Expand for more
lossom
10 mile run in April of 2010.

You're not getting older, you're
getting better!
Take these supplements every day
for good health. Biotin, potassium,
magnesium, calcium,omega 3, and for
Heaven's sake, take 5,000 units
vitamin D every day, you'll feel
so much better! Vitamin D is the
Sunshine vitamin, it's God in
a bottle.
If your feet and hands are cold
take a couple or 3 kelp tablets
a day, you'r iodine deficient.
Sept. 2010
Ran the Pear Blossom 10 miler this year, plan on doing the Redding 1/2 marathon in January, and then the Pear Blossom again next year. Hopefully, won't get passed by a few hundred old ladies next year, just a couple hundred.
Ran the Run For The Wild in Anderson March 2011. Came in 2nd in my age group. (50-55) But was beaten by several people in the 56-80) category!
