Jeff's Story
Life
After 2 short lived marriages, I have found the love of my life. We just celebrated our 9th anniversary. Her name is Jenny. She is from Elwood. We enjoy spending time together. She is my best friend. She has a daughter name Bridget (14 yrs old). Although I don't have a child of my own, I think of her as mine. We have known each other since she was 3. We all, enjoy camping,shopping, and playing with our dog and cat.
After living in Wabash for several years, I moved back to Alex in 1997. We bought a new house in town.
I do sometimes keep in touch with old friends. I try to keep in touch with some of my close friends: Scott King, Scott Lane, Terry Hobbs, Jeff Phillips, Kelli Porter and Dale Terrell.
I had a stroke in 2006. Then a heart surgery in 2007 to prevent future strokes. Doing lpretty good now.
Life has had it's ups and downs. But I am very happy with how things are right now and wouldn't change a thing.
School
In school I had alot of fun in school activites. I was very involved in the band, and drama club.
I cheerish the times I spent in band. Not only did I enjoy the music, but developed lasting friendships. The times in Drama were great. The long hours and rehersals that seeme...Expand for more
d to never end. When I think back to high school drama and band memories always come to mind first.
College
Although I only went to college for 2 years, I made some good friends. It has been hard to stay in touch over the years. Many of times I wonder where they are and what they are doing. We weren't into the Greek thing. We were close and relied on each other. They were all great friends.

I never finished college. After 2 years of changing my major, I left. I just didn't see the sense in paying for school and not knowing a major. I did take some college courses later through work to help me advance in my career.
Workplace
I've been working in retail almost all of my life. Even in grade school at my grandparents(then parents) shoe store. I went to college for health professions but ended up back in retail. I have worked for many major companies over the years. Like: Marsh, Phar-Mor, Family Toy, Dollar General, KB Toys, and Blockbuster Video. I am now with Harvest Supermarket as store manager in Anderson.
