Life Life? - It's sort of a vague question to start this off with. At the moment I'm just a wandering insomniac who stumbled onto this website and recognized some names. It's funny how not sleeping can lead your mind to far-away places and long-ago times. Also leads one to wax poetic in ways that will seem more ridiculous in the morning, apparantly. So, how about the more straight forward, "What have you been doing?" route. After high school, I went east (a little) and spent 4 years at Idaho State. Not very pretty, but I had a great time and it got me to the next step. After that it was off to Seattle for 5 years of med. school, which is usually only 4 years (don't ask). Loved the city, hated school. Then it felt like it was time to pick up and try something completely different. I loaded up my little pick-up and drove across the country to a studio apartment I had rented sight unseen over the internet to start my internship and psychiatry residency at Cambridge Hospital, which is just across the river (Charles) from Boston.
