Life Since you may remember me as Emmet in our senior play, Take Her, She`s Mine, I`ve earned two bachelor`s and two master`s degrees. I`m a registered nurse, have taught nursing at the university level, work now at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital in White Plains, NY as a spinal cord injury nurse and am certified by the International Organization of Multiple Sclerosis Nurses (IOMSN) as one of approximately 600 nurses worldwide who are Multiple Sclerosis certified nurses. I am also certified as a rehabilitation nurse (CRRN) through the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN). In 2001, I retired from the active army reserve after 22 years of service. I retired at the rank of major. Participated in training missions providing medical support in Central America while I was in the reserves. I have a wife and two children, both of whom are college graduates and my daughter, Gillian, is a master`s prepared social worker dealing with clients with substance abuse issues and my son David, recently married, is the IT coordinator for the Dept of Geology and Geophysics at Yale University. My wife, Lynn, is the clinical nurse coordinatorl for the GI lab at Greenwich Hospital in Connecticut.
