Jeffrey's Story

Life I attended the University of California Santa Barbara and graduated in 1987 with a BS in Electrical Computing Engineering. After working in Santa Barbara for a few years, I moved to NYC in 1991 to work for Morgan Stanley. I worked for Morgan Stanley for 15 years and made Managing Director in 1999. or the financial markets. The company is currently in stealth-mode building an extreme high performance messaging system. In Oct 2007, I accepted an offer from Merrill Lynch to be Managing Director, Chief Architect and Global Head of Architecture and Engineering. I brought the technology that I developed at 60East to Merrill Lynch as part of the deal. I live on the Upper East side of Manhattan (along the East river) with my wife, Gille Ann (attorney), daughter Corinne (1998) and son Skye (2001).
