Jennifer Brown:  

Life I am a loving wife for four years. I currently live in Salt Lake City. I love to dance, play my clarinet, enjoy painting, and am currently working on my family history. I am also an aunt of four children. I have one nephew and three nieces. I am looking forward to having my own children in the near future. School I went to Midvale Elementary School from 1985 to 1991 where I was the first of my class to graduate from the 6th grade with a 4.0 grade point average. I received several Mustang citizenship awards. I then went to Midvale Junior High or Midvale Middle School from 1991 to 1992 where I first began to play the clarinet. I taught myself how to play the instrument at the age of 12. I still play to this day. I then moved to Sandy and went to Union Junior High or Union Middle School from 1992 to 1994. I joined the Symphonic Band and continued to play the clarinet. I also took French class during this time and earned awards for Dancing and Singing in the Language Festival. I also earned the Presidential Fitness Award. I then proceeded into Hillcrest High School from 1994 to 1997. Where I was 2nd chair Clarinetist in the Concert Band. I also achieved II- in my district in solo/ensemble competitions for both categories my Sophomore and Junior years. I was nominated Class Vice President for the Concert Band, and Class Librarian for the Symphonic Band my Senior year. I was also a Sterling Scholar Nominee for Music my Senior year. College I went to Salt Lake Community College from 1997 to 1999. Where I went into the field of Visual Arts and Graphic Design. I have not yet graduated but am really close. I returned to Salt Lake Community College in August 2006 where I am currently pursuing my degree in Business. I am on my fifth semester this January.
