Jennifer's Story
Life
I went to Palm Beach Atlantic College after High School. It was a great time, location, friends... great memories.
Many of you will remember that I got married our senior year ::WHAT WAS I THINKING:: We are still married and very much in love, but now I work with teens and realize how crazy that was. My husband and I now live in Wheaton, IL. He just graduated with his Doctorate from Wheaton ::woohoo:: We've been in college our entire married life and are headed into a good transition.
As soon as we decide on where we'd like to settle down, we'll start having chitlins! We've waited and are excited to start a family.
I miss Rossford and cherish the lifetime of childhood memories I have hidden there. Drop me a line, I'd love to hear how everyone's doing.

School
School bio... FUN! Classmates suggests some great memories to write about... For all of you Eagle Pointers, you may recall my biggest crush in Elementary School was Steven Verbosky and Johnny Warchol. I remember telling my mom after my first day of Kindergarten about them. Bags was my first kiss. Scott Jeremy was my summer crush. How could I forget my NISH! Couple skating at Ohio Skate! More Eagle Point memories: Monster Club with Mike Schlatter... Alexa Owen's long hair... Danielle Wamer moving to the area around 3rd grade and taking my place as fastest runner and my new best friend ::it was so important at the time:: Ms. Bartlett's Gymnastic day in Gym class. Mrs. George's songs with the acoustic guitar. Mrs. Strayerrrrrrrrrrrr. Mr. Haas' cigarette, cotton ball, and dishsoap object lesson. The stoplight in the cafeteria that beeped if we were too loud. Square pizza for lunch. SRA's ::where'd that come from:: Mrs. "Lion Tamer's" blue eyes. Mrs. Olmstead was so sweet... Erin Bartley moving to the area the summer after 5th grade - new best friend and lifer. I also, remember how the boys in our grade could always beat the class older than ours at recess in every sport. ::this feels like best of the 80's Eagle Point Edition::
Jr. High Memories! I remember standi...Expand for more
ng outside the Jr. High with Danielle holding our bikes (mine a hot pink and black 10-speed... Danielle's a lime green and white dirtbike) and saying to Danielle, "Wow Dani, we're going to be in that building after the end of the summer... we're really growing up so fast... this is our last summer as kids." Crushes... Jordan Knight (NKOTB) HA! Jason Fry, Gladieux, Johnny, and Chad Robinson... Chad should have ruled our school, that boy looked like a model! I remember starting to like 8th graders... Teddy ::can't remember his last name:: Exciting thing about Jr. High was new friends. Katie Rief (my other lifer), Amanda, Jenny Ursing :we were supposed to move to the Virgin Islands together:, Janeen Hume, Jenny Berry... Gosh, we were little kids! I also remember threatening my mom that I was going to run away, getting locked up and Ms. Haney writing me letters at the beginning of the year. ::she was a great teacher::
High School: Wow... So many changes, the sports were fun, the drama was high, I mostly remember all the great memories with my friends. Danielle, Katie, Erin, Amanda Snider, Janeen Hume, Jennifer Berry, Catherine Ringenbach, Laura Parrish, Adamski, Gezo, Dean Gumban ::had that friendship/crush thing going:: Nauman ::never got me kicked out of the V-posse:: This feels like the grammy's I don't want to leave anyone out... I remember the forest behind Indian Hills (ELM - Ever Lastin' Memories) with the girls. There are way too many H.S. memories... If I could do it over again, I would have been kinder and more inclusive of others.
College
I don't know how interesting this part would be to old H.S. classmates, I didn't go to college with anyone from our class. Jason and I moved to West Palm Beach, FL and attended Palm Beach Atlantic College. The friends we made there were really fun, the intracoastal waterway was across the street and the beach was nearby. I babysat for islanders for cash and got to drive their Jaguars... that was weird. I lived right across the water from Donald Trump's vacation home. It was fun for the season... I'd rather visit FL than live there.
