Life
In a few months, I'll be celebrating my two year anniversary; I married Jake Levi, who some of you may know. We went to high school together. (I'm class of 98, and he's class of 96.) I've managed to get my BA in English, with a concentration in British Literature and my MA in English with a double concentration of British Literature and Professional/Technical Writing. In December of 2006, I received my Master of Arts in Teaching degree (MAT). I'm looking to reconnect with some lost friends from the past. Workplace
After a line of crappy jobs (which I'm sure you've all held, too), I am finally settled at Arlington High School teaching English. I LOVE Arlington. The faculty there is amazing. The administrators are golden. There's not a lot of drama, which is so nice (seeing as high schools typically breed drama). I'm currently finishing up my first year there, and I've been teaching ninth graders. I'm hoping to move up to senior English next year when we add that class. It'll be a dream come true if I can make it happen. Wish me luck!
