Jerald Lee Watts is from Atlanta, Georgia. His schools include Georgia Military Academy, Capitol Page High School, and Atlanta's Brown High School. (graduated 1952.) He later attended Tulane Univ. and Emory Univ. School of Medicine.Trained in surgery at Atlanta's Grady Hospital. Served in USAF as Flight Surgeon during early 1960s..
