Jerolyn's Story
I was the quiet one in school until you got to know me. I have since then improved a lot...I can be noisier then my kids.
I went to LDS Business College after graduation; got bored and went to work instead. I met my husband Michael Ruoti on a blind date in 1970; he went into the Navy that same year. Mike had just returned from a mission to Ontario
Quebec Canada. We married in September 1971 and continued on in the Navy for 10 years until he decided he had enough. He returned to school obtaining 2 degrees in electronics, business management, 2 classes away from an accounting degree. He currently works at Interm...Expand for more

I am retired, not retarded as my kids say it but am working part-time as a job coach for people with disabilities...fulfills my nursing career that I didn't go into. We have 6 children, 5 are living and they are getting old!!! We have one grandson and 4 grand dogs. Due to issues with my hands and right arm, I wasn't able to continue on with the cosmetology field...did graduate. I was C.E.R.T. trained to help during disasters, etc. am looking to get that certification back soon.
