Jessica's Story
Life
I have 10 children. An African Grey Congo named Asparagus Big Toe, a Blue and Gold Macaw named Pebbles Screamer, 3 White Doves (thanks to my Magician husband), a homing Pigeon, a parakeet named Sarsaparilla Jenkins a tuxedo cat named Kodiak Alaska, a grey tabby named Mushroom Tiggly Risotto, and terrier mix named Lady Love Bug. We lost our half Pit Bull/half Lab named Kharma Danzig, who died of a very rare cutaneous T-cell lymphoma and our Silver Tabby/Maine Coon mix named Sylvester Yugoslavia (died suddenly of an undiagnosed heart condition),

ecause my husband is just as much a pain in the butt as all my feathered and furred babies.
I am going to school part time, working a full time job and 2 part time jobs (pet sitting and magician's assistant), just trying to keep food in the bowls of my children and a roof over our head. I am going back to school to become and ultrasound technician. I do most of the scanning ultrasounds here at the vet clinic I work at before we call in the Radiologist to confirm what I found. I have been told and have found I have a natural talent at ultrasound. It comes easily to me and I really enjoy it.
