Jess's Story
Life
Hi Everyone! I graduated from Plymouth State with a BA in Music in 2000. I then went on to graduate from the University of Southern Maine with a BM in Music Education in 2003. I am now a private music teacher in the Gardiner, Maine area, and I am a member of the Maine Music Educators Association, where I just finished my tenure as Advocacy/Music In Our Schools Month Chair. I am also working in a K-8 school in the 6-8 Special Education Resource Room with some great people...just taking...Expand for more
a break from teaching public school music. But I still keep busy with music as I co-direct our school's Variety Show and Spring Musical. I am also broadening my horizons by coaching soccer and basketball. I am also on the staff of the Westbrook High School Marching Band. On an even happier note, I married the love of my life, my best friend, Adam, in 2003, whom I met while at USM!! I'm the happiest I have ever been!! Life is good!!
