Valerie and I in Villefranche, France -- May 2014. We have now both officially retired and moved into our new home here in Naples, Florida. ls like a different era -- perhaps this means I've finally grown up? Naw - we bought a boat -- the toys are just sillier... Since leaving Laguna, I have lived on the west coast, east coast, middle America and Hawaii -- overseas in Italy and Korea. United Airlines loves me because I have flown the better part of 2 million miles in their unfriendly seats - flying coach from San Diego to Bahrain will definitely cramp your style. Between uniformed and civilian service - active and reserve - I was in service to our country for almost 40 years and am a Gulf War veteran.
