Jim's Story
After Bethel Life, I started at WSU and then dropped out. I worked for 3 years at QuikTrip. I quit, went on a trip to Europe led by Gary and Sue Harden. Went back to WSU part time and worked at Dillons.
In 1989, I moved to Columbia, South Carolina and attended the University of South Carolina (Go Cocks!) and received a BA in International Studies. I also married a woman from Morocco and visited that country in 1995. We later divorced and I went to graduate school, again at USC and got a Masters degree in Teaching Secondary Social Studies.

98, I got a teaching job at Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School in Orangeburg, SC. This is my 12th year at O-W. I currently teach World History Honors, International Baccalaureate (IB) History of the Americas (both Junior and Senior years), and IB Theory of Knowledge.
I am single, no kids, and have a little stray Chihuahua-mix dog named Chola. My Mom, Dad, and Larry still live in Wichita and I visit them every Christmas and summer. I've been back to Europe twice, and I am planning on going again to England, France, Switzerland, and Italy next year.
