Jim's Story
Hello to All Who Travel This Way:
Rather than get into the long story my kids claim is my hallmark, let me just say that Joanne and I have been married 42yrs; have raised 3 great "kids"; and have 3 wonderful grandchildren.
We've moved more than we had planned, following my work in the pulp & paper industry from Oregon to N. Idaho to Richmond, VA to S Oregon Coast to Federal Way, WA and finally, to Georgia. We love it here.
Presently I am retired, but would prefer to stay actively employed. I am neither a golfer, nor a hobby person. I am a road bicyclist for charities and fitness...Expand for more
on pace this year to log another 4,000mi+.
I am considering public service, but may choose to leverage management experience in industry into this new phase. After all, O'Bama got MY job!
With that in mind, if you know of a situation where expertise in environmental affairs, regulatory compliance, policy development, production or technical management, is needed, please drop me a note.
Finally, I'd really like to hear from those of you from CHS who visit this site; to know what you have been doing; and to have someone explain where all the years have gone!!
