Life
My husband John and I live at Redondo Beach and have lived in the Des Moines/Normandy Park area since leaving West Seattle in 1958. We have two sons and two daughters all but one of whom live in same area with their spouses and families. Our other son lives in Santa Monica, California. rs. For many years, our main source of recreation was boating. After years of being sailors we switched to a trawler in 1994. We spent 3-1/2 months in the summer of 2000 in Alaskan and Canadian waters. What an adventure! Back problems led us to become boatless in 2004 and we sold our house and moved to a condominium in 2007. John is considerably disabled by arthritis, but we still enjoy traveling.
