JoAnne Linda Holliday, Ph.D., of Los Gatos, California, born on March 26, 1949 in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, to the late Mildred Josephine Paul and the late Ivar McDonald Holliday, passed away at age 69 on February 13, 2019 in Sunnyvale, California. She was preceded in death by her sister, Donna Holliday. JoAnne is survived by her brother, David Holliday.

University of California at Santa Barbara in 2000 as a Ph.D. in Computer Science. She was a Professor at Santa Clara University's Computer Science & Engineering Department From 2000 until 2019. She helped to produce many fine scholars.
Joanne was the loving wife of Kevin F. Coffman. They were married December 11, 1993 in Camarillo, California by Pastor John Soyster. Their commitment to each other lasted for thirty years.
Services will be Private. The funeral home will be Darling-Fischer Chapel of the Hills, Los Gatos
