joanne is from Berlin, Maryland. She is married for 37 years to Roland ( Donnie) Richardson of Vienna, MD. Her schools include North Dorchester High School, Snow Hill High and Middle, Selbyville Elementary. She later attended Fayetteville Technical Community College (food Service and Business Management). She works(ed) at retired and part time at CVS in Ocean View Del.
