8/24/07: What I've done since high school, in a nutshell: Went to American University in Washington, D.C.; had a lot of fun; met a lot of great friends; got my B.A. in communications (print journalism); worked for a daily newspaper in Lancaster, Ohio, covering politics and legal issues; returned to D.C. for law school at American; got married; clerked for a federal judge for a y...Expand for more
ear after law school; joined a firm in D.C., practicing media law; had two daughters; moved to my firm's San Diego office; became a partner in the firm; split from my husband; and left private practice to take a position as deputy attorney general for the California Office of the Attorney General (still in San Diego). My life lately has been crazy busy, but so much fun. It's all good.
