Joe's Story
Life
I'm living out in Overland Park, Kansas.......a burb of KC. I think I'll knickname the town "Overprice Park" instead. Everyone here, almost everyone drives the newest and most expensive BMW and the highest priced of all SUV's and I can't keep up. Makin' the $$, but I just can't throw it away on a car. They all drive really slow in the fast lane too. I miss driving in a small town where it only takes seconds to get from one end to the other. Thanks for stopping by to read this. Leave me a note so I can harass you in return. Things are going well for my family and I. We had a beautiful little girl on Mother's day 2007. Her name is Reaghan Johanna, and she has her mother's good looks. Thank God! We also moved into a new house March of 07. I'm still working for Keystone Automotive, the world's largest aftermarket wholesaler. Kristin is completing her RN degree in May '09. Zach will be 17 in April, Caitlin will be 12 in June and Reaghan will be 2 in May. I hope all of you are doing really well in life and are prospero...Expand for more
us and overall just happy. Here's a few things I've learned in the past 15 years since I've seen most of you:
1.) You can marry the wrong person
2.) That wrong person can and will screw you in the divorce
3.) Everything happens for a reason, everything.
4.) Almost nothing is more important than family
5.) Losing a parent is one of life's worst tragedies
6.) Find what you are looking for in Jesus Christ, because this world has nothing for you. The price has already been paid.
7.) Kids grow up to fast. Did we grow up this fast?
8.) The past 15 years have gone by in flash, live everyday as if it may be your last
9.) If you have a chance and time to travel and see the world, do it.
10.) I've been through it all, and I am writing a book on it.
Anyway, like I was saying keep life simple and don't sweat the small stuff. Look for my book in stores soon. Drop a line if you actually get this far in the bio and stop and look me up if you ever get out here in the vast open plains of Tornado alley.
