Joel's Story

Life Just moved back to Utah (Washington City) after being in Texas for the past 15 years. Yes, all my ex's live there- 3 to be exact. Came back here for a new start, to put a hard focus on me and my 2 kids. I enjoy reconnecting with old friends. It is a rush of sorts. My background and training is in computers, but I'm taking a mental break. I got my CDL in June and will be driving a truck for a while. One of the things that I'm shooting for is to get my own motorbike and learn to ride it... something I've put off my whole life for stupid reasons. Not anymore. I collect DVD's, and specifically have to have all Adam Sandler and Jim Carrey features. I like all kinds of movies and a plethora of music. I like to drink and socialize occasionally on weekends, but I'm mostly drawn by karaoke nights. I like darts and billiards and just having differents kinds of conve...Expand for more
rsations, both cutting up and sincere. Buffets rock, and a good Chinese buffet always gets my vote- especially if it comes with all you can eat snow crab- seafood is the BOMB! Love to eat, don't love to cook so much, but learning to improve on that regardless. Latest and greatest is that I've not smoked for 5 months, after 15 years of being a nicoholic. It feels great. Also, I've been doing a program for anxiety and depression that has really been helping me to feel better than I have felt since I was about 10 years old. It has been long overdue. Finally, I made an observance that Utah women are more pretty than Texas women for the most part, and they have a higher ratio of teeth in their head. Ha Ha! Anyone that cares to can drop me a line. I'm one of the types that gets a rush when reuniting and talking with old friends and acquaintances, so let 'er fly!
