Joel's Story

Sharon McIntyre and I married our first semester at Texas A&M. I graduated from A&M in 1969. After about 6 years in the insurance claims industry in Houston, the Lord called me to full-time ministry in the United Methodist Church. asters of Theology degree. I have done post-graduate studies in family counseling, and even got invited to present a paper and participate in The Oxford Round Table at Oxford University. Sharon and I currently live in Marshall, Texas where I am Senior Pastor of First United Methodist Church.
