Johanna's Story

Life I grew up in Long Island and to this day really miss those days. I moved to Miami in 1968 and later returned to complete my 1968 11th year in Northport High. Then again to Miami. I had a daughter in 1970 and she has given me over the years 3 beautiful grandchildren. I tried my hand at marriage a few times but found I do better on my own. I completed college in my late 30's and am a Paralegal. I have my own business and own a two family home, which my daughter and her family live next door. I am proud of where I have come from and the accomplishments that I have been blessed with in my years. AS OF MAY 9 I AM NOW A PROUD GREAT-GRANDMOTHER. I HAVE A GREAT GRANDSON. WOW HARD TO ...Expand for more
BELIEVE!!! WHERE HAS ALL THE TIME GONE. Now as of 1/2015 I became a great grandmother again to a beautiful girl. Two of my grandchildren are married and the last is in her last year of High School. Since I started writing this I have sold my home in Miami and now live in Palm Bay, Florida I was diagnosed 2 1/2 years ago with Cancer and now just taking life one day at a time. I have been in remission 2 years now and this January I lost my youngest brother to cancer. You just never know what life is going to throw at you. Would be great to go back to those days even if for a short while so to appreciate what I had then it seems we go through those days and never hold on to the moment.
