Perfect day to run! LSD(long,slow, distance) workout. I nailed the slow part! 😂
This one hurt! New shoes and my feet were on fire for the first 10 miles. I finally stopped and tried taking off my socks and running and it did the trick! I don't know why, but happy to run pain free. #LasVegasHalfMarathon
