John's Story
Wow. Graduated from Mizzou in 1981. Worked for Caterpillar in Peoria for 3.5 years then moved into process control system sales in Mobile, Alabama. Then married my wife Grace in 1984 and we moved to Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Had three daughters there (Katie, Jamie & Paige, all dual citizens). Then moved to a resort town, Fairhope, on the Alabama Gulf Coast for almost nine years. Had our fourth daughter Allison there. Then moved to Birmingham, Alabama for fourteen years. ved living down in the swamps. Great food, fantastic music and a a local population that loves to party and loves life. LSU adds another dimension of fun here.
Our next step in the adventure called life involved moving to the mountains. We moved to Castle Rock, Colorado in 2016. I retired in October 2020. I spend my time working out (“gym rat”), playing pickleball, reading, snow skiing, and riding my electric bike. I work part time selling firearms at Cabela’s. Look me up!
