John Lapotaire:  

John currently resides in Orlando, Florida. John has been married to his beautiful wife Lydia Lapotaire since 1989. John has two sons that he is very proud of and who have both earned the Boy Scout rank of Eagle Scout. John graduated from Ringwood High School in 1983. John later attended Kansas State University where he studied building science. John worked within the construction field form many years building residential single and multi-family homes and light commercial buildings in Texas and Florida. John has since left that construction side of the business and has entered the consulting side. Since leaving his position with a corporate builder, John has worked with Individuals, Builders, Contractors, and Building Managers Isolating and identifying the source of building envelope failures and IAQ concerns and providing solutions to improve their indoor environment. John now utilizes his skills and knowledge regarding design, construction and operation of buildings with respect to the quality and efficiency of the indoor environment in a manner that could be relied upon by individuals and organizations seeking his services as a consultant or advisor for the assessment and management of new or established indoor environ...Expand for more
