Now really, can't we all write a book about our lives at this point in time. What is time anyway? I'll do the best I can as usual and try not bore the hell out of you. :) Well you know I made it through NFA with all of you. Did some college at OCCC but quit (big mistake) Decided to work and play at 18 when I was hired by IBM in 1977. Did well there actually for 21 years with no college. The timeing was right at the time. Life was good until corporate america decided to treat us like numbers instead of intelligent evolving human beings. Got Married in 1985 to a young girl 6 years my senior. Had a beautiful boy named Andrew John (you can see him in my photo album. Andrew graduated from Burke Catholic HS in 2009 and will attend OCCC and has joined the Airforce reserves. He is going down the politcal science road and has a vision of working for the FBI in drug enforcement. Funny he wants to bust em when I was using em... Oh sorry had to reflect a little on those days. Just a little humor. I had the honor to watch my boy play Ice Hockey since he was 5. We traveled all over the east coast and watched him play travel youth hockey. High School was great. Burke Cathloic finished 3rd in the Section 9 States class B tournament. Played Center for the 2nd line. Good player pound for pound. He had no fear. Not scholarship material, just a sound player. He played football too and Lacross. I guess he played out my dream. I was never tough or big enough to deal with the Melfe's and Golden's and Levy's of NFA. Just to name a few. Great kid and he carries my name on. Do I really want my name carried on? Hell yes. Back to me. Sorry to say, I divorved 9 years later. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Painfull and expensive. That experience has left me single today and most likely single tomorrow.
