John's Story
My journey has included time at both the University of Michigan and the University of Manitoba from which I graduated in 1962. Residence included time in England, Sweden and Toronto/Canada before settling in Minneapolis, MN. I married up in 1961 with Charlotte Sanders of Winnipeg. We have four children and twelve grandkids all residing within an hour of our home in Minnetonka, MN. have retained our Canadian roots with a summer home in Matlock, Manitoba and with our many Manitoba snowbird friends with a home in AZ. Life has been good to us ...we definitely feel blessed! As of July 2020 the above holds true except now enjoying retirement. A lousy golfer but enjoy games with my 13 year old grandson who is a good player. COVID-19 has put a crimp into Charlotte and my life style but we are not the only ones. Lost too many old friends but the journey continues...... life is good!!
